Private yoga lessons are an excellent opportunity for beginners, athletes, individuals with chronic pain or conditions to get the customized attention for their specific needs. Benefits of private yoga include: yoga on your schedule, ability to ask questions freely, work on imbalances, and have a customized plan based on your body type or condition.

Private yoga instruction at Yoga Harbor, starts will a full body assessment with a trained yoga instructor who has gone through our training program to look for areas of imbalance, range of motion, strength and flexibility. You will also send in a questionnaire identifying exactly what your goals for a successful yoga practice are. After the initial assessment, your private yoga instructor will develop a customized plan based on your assessment and questionnaire. They will assign homework for short exercises to do at home and work with you personally for a  well planned practice.
