Our 6-Week Mommy and Me Yoga Series is perfect for you if you have a baby and would like to ease your way back into physical activity or your yoga practice. This series has other new moms with little ones ages 6 weeks to one year where you will find support and compassion, maybe even a new pal to grab some much-needed coffee with after class.
Each class opens with topics that relate to motherhood and having a new baby at home. Both you and your baby participate in a gentle postnatal yoga class intermixed with baby yoga, sweet and silly songs, and mindful breathing techniques. Our program is designed to get the energy flowing to help new moms embrace motherhood while getting back to feeling like a human being again, while that rush of hormones needed for labor gets filtered out. It's a great way to bond with baby before going back to work or getting out of the house for our stay at home moms.
Our series is closed and runs for 6 weeks at a time on Tuesday mornings. If you aren't able to make Tuesdays please contact us and join our waiting list so we can let you know if another session opens up.
